Tower Grove Park is once again turning its distinctive Piper Palm House into a winter wonderland. December 14 - 23, Frosted’s pop-up cocktail experience – expanding to ten days for 2023 - will feature live entertainment and food by Farm Spirit. A menu of unique, holiday-inspired cocktails - created by Pat Gioia and the team from STL Barkeep - will be available inside the Piper Palm House.

Tundra Buzz - Roku gin, honey rosemary syrup, scarborough bitters, lemon
Ornamental Excellence - Haku vodka, pomegranate juice, vermouth. lime
Down the Chimney – Makers Mark PS, clove and orange brown sugar syrup, chocolate mole bitters, smoke
Candy Cane Lane Clarified Milk Punch – Knob Creek bourbon, whole milk, creme de cacao, allspice dram, lemon juice, chai tea
Hearth Manhattan – Knob Creek Rye, St. George spiced pear liqueur, sweet vermouth, orange bitters
Naughty List - Haku vodka, grapefruit, grains of paradise simply syrup, ginger liqueur, lime
Getting Blitzened - Hornitos Reposado, Abstinence blood orange aperitif, blood orange and cinnamon syrup, pineapple, lime
Snow Birds - Plantation 3 Star, Plantation pineapple, Orgeat, allspice dram, lime
New this year: STL Barkeep will be joined by fellow entrepreneurs in the St. Louis cocktail space, including:
Jordan Goodman and Kyle Gillespie, owners of Good Ice and the newly announced cocktail bar Good Company in The Grove. With a focus on specialty ice, Good Ice will have a station at Frosted where guests can watch as ice is hand carved for their cocktails.
Randi Kranz, bartender at The Vandy and co-owner of Paper Crane, a locally based pop-up bar that focuses on cocktails made with molecular techniques. Guests should be on the lookout for “molecular surprises” on Frosted’s cocktail menu.
Additionally, as part of its “Single Barrel Club” offering, STL Barkeep is releasing a special Knob Creek Single Barrel Bourbon as a fundraiser for Tower Grove Park. Priced at $59.99, a percentage of sales from each bottle will be donated back to the park. Bottles can be ordered at www.stlsinglebarrel.com and picked up any day that Frosted is open.
On Saturday and Sunday, Dec 16-17, Frosted will include an outdoor Holiday Market featuring handmade goods and crafts from 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
